Rachelle Lalla is a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Mindful Insights Psychological Services, a practice committed to delivering evidence-based, ethically grounded psychological care to individuals, couples, and families.
She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of the West Indies and is an International Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (ICADC) and Certified Sex Addiction Specialist (CSAS). She is also a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Rachelle provides psychotherapy, comprehensive psychological assessments, and treatment for presentations such as , compulsive behaviors, depression, anxiety, relational distress, addiction and emotional disregulation. Her work integrates clinical rigor with warmth and cultural responsiveness, creating a therapeutic space that is structured, collaborative, and transformative.
With experience across both private practice and institutional settings she has developed a passion for helping clients navigate complex emotional and relational challenges with clarity, accountability, and resilience.
